This is a full\-time, on\-site role for a professional who can play a key role in the early\-stage launch and operational setup of the hotel. The project will begin as a 36\-room boutique hotel, with plans to scale up to approximately 200 rooms, offering a strong growth opportunity for the right candidate. 📍 Location: Lahore 🕒 Job Type: Full\-Time 💼 Experience Required: 3–5 Years (Hospitality Industry) Requirements: Assist in pre\-opening activities including SOP development, team onboarding, and operational setup 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations Hands\-on experience in pre\-opening / early\-stage hotel operations is highly preferred Strong leadership, coordination, and problem\-solving skills Ability to work in a fast\-paced, evolving environment Good understanding of hotel systems, SOPs, and service delivery standards
