Job Description
Functional Responsibilities Manage day\-to\-day activities related to infrastructure development and engineering projects across the campus. * Support the planning, execution, and tracking of ongoing infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. * Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders (consultants, contractors, vendors) on infrastructure\-related matters. * Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and institute policies during project execution. * Assist the Vice Provost Operations in preparing infrastructure related reports, presentations, and documentation. * Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution. * Prepare RFPs, tender documents, scope of work, and other documentation for infrastructure expansion and upgrades. * Liaise with external agencies, consultants, and designers for preparation of concepts, drawings, and technical specifications. * Track project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost control in line with approved allocations. Support procurement processes related to engineering projects, including vendor evaluation and coordination. * Maintain proper documentation of project records, contracts, approvals, and technical submissions.
