The role involves managing existing accounts, generating new leads, developing and executing sales strategies, and coordinating events. Responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering excellent customer service, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The Assistant Manager will act as a key point of contact between Berlitz and corporate clients to meet organizational goals. **Qualifications** * Proven skills in Account Management and Customer Service. * Experience in Lead Generation and Sales with a focus on achieving set targets. * Proficiency in Sales Operations, including planning and execution of sales strategies. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. * Experience in corporate events management is an advantage. * Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems is beneficial.
