Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY
Responsible for driving new business growth for sales of Tata Play White Label B2B solutions (OTT/DTH/Broadband, Business Operations, Advisory \& Consulting) across enterprise, telcos \& broadcasters in Emerging Markets (APAC, Africa \& MENA, LATAM)
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Hunting from Emerging Markets region for new business, selling Tata Play White Label B2B solutions
2. Sales funnel build up activities leveraging existing customer and partner connects, industry networking, sales channels and cold outreach
3. Channel development activities to amplify the GTM
4. Achievement of sales quota on a quarter\-on\-quarter basis for the FY
5. Work closely with business, delivery and technology stakeholders in existing accounts to ensure customer success
6. Additional responsibility of ensuring collections for managed accounts
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
* Excellent communication skills – Explain solutions to non\-technical and technical CXOs
* Consultative selling mindset – Linking capabilities to business outcomes
* Collaboration \& Influence – Both internal and external stakeholders
* Analytical \& Commercial Acumen – Proficient in pricing strategy, ROI modelling, TCO analysis, and business modelling using Excel and PowerPoint
* Documentation \& Contractual Fluency – Familiarity with legal contracts, NDAs, SOWs, and pricing negotiations in partner solutioning contexts.
* Global Market Awareness – Comfortable working across time zones with sensitivity to cultural and market nuances.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
* 12\+ years of selling technology platforms to CME (Communications, Media \& Entertainment) Industry
* Established connects and relationships in Telco / Media (Broadcaster, Studio) industry across APAC, Africa \& LATAM regions
* Managed multiple client accounts with relationship value exceeding 1 M $
* Worked within technology solutions ecosystem – Technology Vendors (SMS, Billing, CDN etc.), Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) \& System Integrators
