**About the Role**
We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager to support the leadership and daily operations of a premium health and wellness club. This role focuses on ensuring an exceptional member experience while supporting operational efficiency and team performance.
The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager to implement strategic initiatives, manage operational functions, and ensure that all health, safety, and compliance standards are consistently met across the club.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support the General Manager in leading the day\-to\-day operations of the club
* Help implement strategies to achieve club performance targets and enhance member experience
* Ensure operational processes run smoothly across departments
* Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
* Support leadership of teams across multiple operational areas within the club
* Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and operational performance monitoring
* Promote a positive team culture and high standards of customer service
* Help deliver a consistently excellent experience for members
**Required Qualifications \& Skills**
* Experience managing a large operational service delivery environment such as hospitality, retail, leisure, or sports facilities
* Proven experience leading teams across multiple functions or departments
* Knowledge of financial planning and operational management
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional member experiences
* Ability to work in a fast\-paced, service\-driven environment
