We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
* Support the management of departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
* Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction are consistently met or exceeded
* Assist in developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and standards
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue management, and cost control
* Lead, motivate, and develop staff to foster a positive and productive work environment
* Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and urgency
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations

**Skills And Qualifications**
* Proven experience in hotel management or a similar hospitality leadership role
* Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest services, and financial management
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems effectively
* Knowledge of hospitality software and property management systems
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
