Our client Central Business District is looking for a Assistant Director of HR and IT Operations in Lahore The Assistant Director, HR \& IT at Central Business District leads and oversees the comprehensive management of both Human Resource and Information Technology functions within the organization. This pivotal role is responsible for planning and executing HR and IT activities that ensure operational effectiveness, compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, and alignment with the Authority’s overall goals. Managing a team of five professionals, the role involves guiding staff through day\-to\-day HR processes and IT operations, fostering an environment that supports employee performance, engagement, and technological reliability. In this position, the Assistant Director drives the integration of HR and IT initiatives to support business objectives through efficient resource management and infrastructure oversight. The role demands close coordination with internal departments and external vendors to guarantee seamless IT system performance while maintaining strict data security protocols and upholding HR standards. This leadership role also includes preparing detailed operational reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and continuously enhancing departmental workflows to support sustainable organizational growth. **Responsibilities** * Plan, implement, and continuously monitor the full spectrum of human resource activities and processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. * Oversee accurate employee record keeping, including attendance, leave management, and performance documentation to maintain updated HR databases. * Facilitate recruitment, employee onboarding, comprehensive training, and engagement programs to build and sustain a productive workforce. * Ensure all HR policies, organizational procedures, and labor laws are followed rigorously and provide expert guidance to HR staff on operational issues. * Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers, guaranteeing optimal system functionality. * Administer IT systems, manage user access controls, and uphold rigorous data security measures to protect organizational information assets. * Deliver responsive IT support to employees, resolving technical issues and coordinating proactive maintenance and upgrades with IT vendors. * Maintain detailed and organized records of IT assets, software licenses, and system configurations to streamline audits and compliance checks. * Plan and coordinate integrated HR and IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timely delivery of initiatives. * Continuously monitor and evaluate departmental performance, identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. * Prepare comprehensive reports detailing HR and IT operations for presentation to senior management, supporting informed decision\-making. * Ensure full compliance with the Authority’s regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures through consistent documentation and adherence. * Maintain necessary documentation to support audits, inspections, and internal reviews, assuring transparency and accountability. * Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of five HR and IT personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. * Perform additional tasks and Responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager or Senior Management, adapting to evolving organizational needs.
