**Position Summary**
The Asset Coordinator will support our Asset Management Department. This department provides a critical function across all company locations, ensuring that assets are identified, recorded and properly managed. This role supports the Asset Management functions by providing administrative support to all facets of the department. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail\-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn within a fast\-growing, multi\-site environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Under management direction, this individual will learn and become proficient all systems relating to Asset Management including (but not limited to) BBL Fleet, Net Suite, Verizon, EZ Pass as well as other platforms.
* Provide data entry to all asset management related systems.
* Perform tasks with a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy often within tight deadlines
* Builds and maintains professional relationships with co\-workers, internal departments and external agencies.
* Provide timely and courteous responses by text, email and phone to internal and external clients. Displays a cooperative spirit.
* Attend live and/or virtual meetings as requested. May be required to take and circulate meeting minutes.
* Collect, verify, and organize required documentation.
* Prepare and circulate reports for Asset Management department
* Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency of department.
* Perform additional duties as assigned to support the asset management department.
**Qualifications \& Skills**
* Certificate, diploma or degree in BA or equivalent experience
* Previous experience in administrative roles preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Experience with Teams, SharePoint, electronic record management systems and digitizing software
