Art teacher

**Overview** We are seeking a passionate and creative Art Teacher to inspire students through the exploration of various artistic mediums. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in art education and a desire to foster creativity and self\-expression in students. This role involves teaching art concepts, techniques, and history while encouraging students to develop their unique artistic voices. **Duties** * Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different skill levels and learning styles. * Teach a variety of artistic techniques, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital art. * Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. * Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their artistic development. * Organise art exhibitions or showcases to display student work and celebrate their achievements. * Collaborate with other teachers to integrate art into the broader curriculum. * Stay updated on current trends in art education and incorporate new ideas into the classroom. **Qualifications** * A degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field is preferred. * Previous experience teaching art at the primary or secondary level is an advantage. * Strong knowledge of various artistic techniques and mediums. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students. * A creative mindset with a passion for fostering artistic talent in others. * Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while maintaining discipline. * Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to art materials and equipment is desirable.
