Job Description
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager who will be capable of increasing sales within an assigned geographical area and guiding a team of field sales representatives. Also, delivering presentations to potential and existing customers, evaluate the performance of the sales team, and prepare concise sales reports.

* Thorough knowledge of the product and its market for which you are appointed for
* Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
* Good business sense to forecast sales goals and its achievement.
* The ability to motivate and lead a sales team.
* Initiative and enthusiasm towards his targets and company’s goal
* Strategic thinking and planning skills to implement sales plans on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
* The ability to work calmly under pressure with their team.
* Regular visits to dealers’ stores for procurement of orders and collection of payments as per company’s policy
* Handling knowledge of primary and secondary sales.
* Knowledge of launching new product and its placement.
* Developing and managing customer relationship.
* Keep watch on competitors’ activities and market trend.
* Forecasting sales, developing out of the box sales strategies/models, and evaluating their effectiveness
* Evaluate Vendors’ skills, and needs and build productive long\-lasting relationship
**Qualifications \& Skills**
* Excellent phone and presentation skills to satisfy the customers.
* Experience 5\+ years
* Excellent communication and 'people skills'
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
* Self\-motivated and driven.
* BA/BS degree or equivalent.
