Job Description
*Do you want to shape the future of SkamoWall in Sweden? Join Skamol – part of Etex – and take the lead in establishing SkamoWall in Sweden.* **Drive the launch and expansion of SkamoWall in Sweden** SkamoWall is a calcium silicate wall system that regulates moisture and prevents mold, creating healthier indoor environments in both renovation and new\-build projects. In Denmark, SkamoWall has already evolved from an unknown solution to a recognized product listed in all major DIY chains and builders’ merchants. Now Sweden is next. As Area Sales Manager, you take full ownership of launching, positioning, and scaling the SkamoWall concept across Sweden. You build the market step by step – starting in Southern Sweden and gradually expanding your geographical reach. The strategic priorities include: * Training installers and developing a strong network of the right SkamoWall ambassadors * Establish distribution and securing listings with builders’ merchants * Strong marketing support. Your responsibilities include: * Securing listings and distribution agreements with builders’ merchants and relevant distributors * Driving B2B sales to installers, contractors, and insulation specialists * Building relationships with architects and technical decision\-makers * Training installers and developing a strong network of SkamoWall ambassadors * Conducting product demonstrations and technical workshops * Supporting customers on\-site to ensure correct application * Managing your sales pipeline with structured follow\-up and clear priorities * Spending 3–4 days per week in the field visiting partners and job sites. You own your territory, your priorities, and your results. You work independently in Sweden while being closely aligned and supported by the Nordic SkamoWall team in Denmark, including technical support, sales backup, and experienced colleagues who contribute with knowledge and best practice from an already established market. You primarily work from your home office, with access to ETEX’ office facilities in Malmö when needed. **Construction background with commercial drive** We imagine you combine hands\-on construction experience with a strong commercial drive. You engage confidently with installers, distributors, and key decision\-makers across the Swedish construction industry, turning market potential into tangible results. Ideally, you already have an established network among installers, distributors, dealers, or architects. Ideally you: * Bring 3–5\+ years of B2B sales experience within building materials, technical insulation, or related construction solutions * Have a background as a craftsman or installer, giving you practical insight into how products are applied on\-site * Understand how purchasing decisions are shaped across the construction value chain * Feel comfortable working hands\-on, acting as both technical advisor and commercial partner * Communicate fluently in Swedish and professionally in English.
