We’re looking for energetic and strategic
**Area Sales Managers (Modern Trade)**
to drive growth across key regions in South India. If you love leading high\-performance teams, building strong retail partnerships, and scaling revenue in modern trade channels — this is for you!
**💼 Key Responsibilities**
* Own and drive modern trade sales targets for your assigned region
* Build and manage strong relationships with key accounts and modern trade retailers
* Execute joint plans, promotions, and visibility strategies
* Lead a team of sales officers and merchandisers
* Monitor secondary sales, ROI, inventory, and stock availability
* Ensure flawless in\-store execution and customer experience
**✅ What We're Looking For**
* Experience in beauty and skincare industry, specifically in handling Modern Trade chains such as Dmart, Reliance, More, Nilgiris, Ratnadeep etc.
* Strong understanding of the retail landscape in South India
* Proven experience in key account management and regional sales leadership
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills
* Data\-savvy, target\-driven, and great at building long\-term partnerships
* Fluent in English \+ at least one South Indian language preferred (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam)
