Job Description
TRG is seeking a results\-driven
**Area Sales Manager – Healthcare**
to lead and expand our regional sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare sales, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Drive sales growth and achieve assigned regional targets
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies within the healthcare sector
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities
* Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
**Requirements:**
* 3–5 years of experience in healthcare sales
* Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
* Proven ability to meet sales targets
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
