**Qualifications**
* Proven Sales Mastery \- You bring 2–4 years of high\-impact B2B or Field Sales experience. You have a documented track record of success in high\-volume, transactional environments—such as payment processing or high\-frequency B2B sales—where speed and volume are the primary drivers of growth.
* Strategic Pipeline Management \- You possess the disciplined approach required to manage a high\-volume pipeline and consistently hit monthly acquisition targets. You are a tactical negotiator who excels at objection handling, turning "no" into a partnership through persistence and professional clinicality.
* Elite Industry Advantage \- We give a significant advantage to candidates coming from high\-velocity sales backgrounds, including Merchant Acquisition, FinTech/SaaS Field Sales (SMB focus), or high\-frequency FMCG B2B. You understand the specific nuances of these industries and can hit the ground running on day one.
