Area Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced **Area Sales Manager** to oversee and drive the performance of multiple retail stores within an assigned area. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for retail operations, sales growth, and team development. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores. * Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of targets and KPIs. * Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, VM guidelines, and SOPs. * Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams. * Monitor inventory levels, shrinkage, and stock accuracy. * Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews. * Analyze sales and operational reports and implement corrective actions. * Coordinate with HR, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing teams. * Handle escalations related to customer service or store operations. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field. * **5\+ years of retail experience** , with **multi\-store management exposure** . * Proven track record in achieving sales targets and improving store performance. * Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. * Proficiency in MS Excel, POS systems, and retail reporting tools. * Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
