**Job Requirements**
About the Role
The
**Area Sales Manager – Two\-Wheeler Loan**
is responsible for driving sales volumes and building a high\-quality loan portfolio for two\-wheeler financing across branches at a pan\-India level. This role focuses on expanding the reach of the two\-wheeler loan product across various customer segments and channels, while ensuring compliance, portfolio quality, and cost\-effective delivery. The role also involves leveraging technology to enhance customer experience and contribute to the bank’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
**Primary Responsibilities**
* Acquire new customers for two\-wheeler loans in the identified segments.
* Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for new customer acquisition by analyzing customer needs.
* Provide regular feedback to Relationship Managers on customer opportunities and requirements.
* Ensure adherence to sales norms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) defined by the organization.
* Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines.
* Ensure quality sourcing aligned with the bank’s credit and operational policies.
Secondary Responsibilities
* Foster a team environment focused on digital enablement to holistically meet customer needs.
* Drive initiatives that support the bank’s rapid growth targets and strategic objectives.
* To improve the sourcing from strategic alliances and direct channels.
What We Are Looking For
Education
* Graduate degree in any discipline (Full\-Time).
* Post Graduation in any discipline preferred.
**Experience**
* Minimum 5 years of experience in retail banking or loan sales, preferably in two\-wheeler or vehicle financing.
Skills and Attributes
* Strong understanding of retail lending products and customer acquisition strategies.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
* Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior.
* Execution\-focused with a commitment to portfolio quality and compliance.
* Tech\-savvy with a mindset for digital transformation and customer\-centric innovation.
