Arboreal Management / Great Expectations | Seattle (Hybrid) | Product Engineer We run a next gen housing platform in the Pacific Northwest managing 6,300 homes, growing 25–50% per year. We’ve been building an internal software platform (“Maynard”) that powers BI, automation, reporting, compliance, and operational workflows across the company. The founder has led much of the development so far and is looking for the first local engineering hire to help turn this into a real platform. Tech: Node.js (Azure Functions), Svelte5/Tailwind, PlanetScale/Postgres. We make heavy use of modern AI coding tools. Looking for a product-minded engineer who enjoys talking to users and shipping quickly inside a real operating business. Must be based in Seattle or Portland.
