The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by analyzing requirements and designing API\-driven solutions to support system integrations and business processes. ### **Key Responsibilities** Gather and document **business and technical requirements for API integrations**. Work closely with developers, architects, and product teams to define **API specifications and workflows**. Create **functional specifications, process flows, and API documentation**. Support **system integration, testing, and implementation** activities. Participate in **UAT and validation of API functionality**. Analyze existing systems and recommend **API\-based solutions and improvements**. Ensure compliance with **enterprise architecture and security standards**. ### **Required Skills \& Qualifications** Strong experience as a **Business Systems Analyst working with APIs and system integrations**. Knowledge of **RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services**. Experience with **API documentation tools such as Swagger or Postman**. Familiarity with **integration patterns and microservices architecture**. Experience in **requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation**. Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. ### **Preferred Qualifications** Experience with **API management platforms such as Apigee, MuleSoft, or Kong**. Knowledge of **cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure**. Familiarity with **Agile/Scrum development methodologies**.
