A/P - A/R Accountant - $55k-$60k + Bonus - West Medina

Wonderful opportunity to join a fun, stable environment with great work life balance. **Experience:** * **Salary is $55k\-$60k** * Minimum of 2\-3 years of experience * location \- 10 miles west of Medina **Job Description:** * Close and reconcile AP and AR * Assist in month end close. * Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations to include but not limited to: Cash, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Prepaids, and Accrual accounts. * Process weekly check run and manage collections for past due accounts. * Review and maintain company credit card, match receipts to statements and assign general ledger codes. * Allocate (code), post, and reconcile accounts receivable including **daily invoicing and invoice distribution** , **daily cash/discount application** , credit card processing, credit memo entry. **Qualifications:** * 2\-3 years of experience * Strong Excel * Associates Degree preferred but overall experience can supersede.
