Job Type: Contract Job Category: IT Job Description ### **Job Title:** **AI Project Technical Lead** ### **Location:** **Remote (India)** ### **Working Hours:** **Overlap required with US Central Time Zone** ### **Job Summary:** ### **We are looking for an experienced** **AI Project Technical Lead** **to provide end\-to\-end technical leadership for AI initiatives. The role involves coordinating across cross\-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and acting as the primary technical interface with internal stakeholders.** ### **Key Responsibilities:** ### **Provide** **end\-to\-end technical leadership** **for AI/ML projects****Drive** **solution design, architecture, and implementation****Coordinate across teams (Data Engineering, Data Science, DevOps) for smooth delivery****Act as the** **primary technical interface** **with internal Brunswick teams****Ensure** **project timelines, quality, and deliverables** **are met****Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies****Guide best practices in** **AI development and deployment****Support stakeholder communication and technical decision\-making** ### **Required Skills:** ### **Strong experience in** **AI/ML technologies and project delivery****Proven experience in** **technical leadership or team management****Understanding of** **end\-to\-end AI architecture****Excellent stakeholder communication skills****Experience working with** **cross\-functional teams****Knowledge of** **cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)****Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities** ### **Qualifications:** ### **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field****Relevant experience in** **AI/ML project leadership roles****Experience working with global/onshore teams (preferred)** ### **Work Environment:** ### **Remote (India\-based candidates)****Must be available for** **US Central Time overlap** Required Skills AWS ENGINEER CLOUD SECURITY ENGINEER SENIOR EMAIL SECURITY ENGINEER SRE ENGINEER (SITE RELIABILITY/RESILIENCY)
