**Company:** AceCPAs — acecpas.com **Location:** Remote (Pakistan\-based, working U.S. Eastern hours) **Type:** Full\-Time Contractor **Hours:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Here's What We Need AceCPAs is a U.S. accounting and advisory firm currently serving 60\+ clients. We're building toward 500\. We don't need a marketing strategist who's going to spend three months building a "brand framework." We need a builder who can set up AI\-powered outbound systems that put qualified prospects on our calendar — starting month one. **The new target vertical:** Software and SaaS companies — especially the wave of AI\-native startups launching right now. Hundreds of new AI SaaS companies are spinning up every month, and they all need accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and CFO services. We want to be the firm that reaches them first. **The targets:** * 100\+ qualified leads per month hitting our pipeline * 20\+ discovery calls booked per month within 90 days of starting We already have the tools licensed and ready: Instantly, GoHighLevel, PhoneBurner, Apify. We need the person who knows how to wire them together into a machine that runs daily with minimal manual intervention. What "Day One" Looks Like Week 1 — Audit the ICP (SaaS founders, AI startup CEOs, software company CFOs/COOs doing $500K–$25M in revenue), set up domains, warm mailboxes, and start building lead lists using Apify and enrichment tools. Scrape Product Hunt launches, Y Combinator directories, Crunchbase funding rounds, LinkedIn filters — wherever new SaaS companies are announcing themselves. Week 2–3 — Launch the first outbound sequences in Instantly. AI\-personalized emails referencing the prospect's product, funding stage, and growth pain points. Parallel SMS/voicemail touches through GoHighLevel. Cold call lists loaded into PhoneBurner. Week 4\+ — System is live and producing. Optimizing reply rates, testing new messaging angles, scaling to adjacent segments (fintech, dev tools, vertical SaaS), and feeding qualified leads into the pipeline daily. Discovery calls are getting booked. What You've Already Done (Or You Wouldn't Be Reading This) * Built AI\-powered outbound systems using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Lovable, or similar tools — not just "used AI to write emails" but actually engineered automated pipelines * Run cold email at scale: domain infrastructure, warmup, inbox rotation, deliverability, SPF/DKIM/DMARC — you know why emails land in spam and how to prevent it * Used Apify, Clay, Phantombuster, or custom scripts to scrape and enrich targeted lead lists with verified contact data * Built multi\-channel sequences (email \+ SMS \+ voicemail \+ LinkedIn) that actually produced booked meetings — and you can show the numbers * Worked with GoHighLevel, Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar tools at a level beyond "set up a drip campaign once" Bonus If You Have * Experience selling professional services (accounting, legal, consulting, financial advisory) * Understanding of the SaaS/startup ecosystem — you know what Series A means, what burn rate is, and why a fast\-growing software company needs a CPA who understands SaaS revenue recognition * Copywriting ability — you can write cold outreach that gets replies, not just build the pipes * Comfort with Make.com or n8n for connecting tools and automating workflows * Any accounting or bookkeeping background (you'd be a unicorn) What You Get * **Tools are ready.** Instantly, GHL, PhoneBurner, Apify — all licensed.
