🚀 AI & LLM Tech Lead – Founding Engineer, CTO Path

Headquartered in the UK, we work globally and are always on the lookout for visionary founders, partners, and collaborators. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role based in Karachi Division for the position of AI \& LLM Tech Lead – Founding Engineer, on a CTO path. As a key member of the founding team, you will take the lead in developing and implementing cutting\-edge AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions. Responsibilities include researching and developing AI/ML\-powered products, driving the technical roadmap, mentoring team members, collaborating with cross\-functional teams, and translating business objectives into innovative tech solutions. You will be instrumental in creating scalable architectures and ensuring the delivery of high\-quality, future\-ready systems. **Qualifications** * Strong proficiency in AI/ML technologies, including Large Language Models, NLP, and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools. * Experience with software development, including proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C\+\+, as well as familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. * Expertise in system architecture design, scalability, and implementing reliable, high\-performance solutions. * Proven ability to lead and mentor cross\-functional teams, work collaboratively, and communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders. * Knowledge of advanced data structures, algorithm development, and performance optimization techniques. * Passion for entrepreneurship and experience with building or launching products in a startup environment is a strong plus. * Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field preferred, though comparable industry experience will also be considered.
