If you’re excited about working with challenging technology and making a real difference, Gilion is the place for you. **About the role** You’ll join our AI team to build the core infrastructure powering Gilion’s AI\-driven financial analysis. You will: * Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services that process and serve customer data for AI agents. * Integrate with AI orchestration systems to ensure agents have access to the right agentic tools (MCPs) and data for their tasks. * Continuously refine automated analysis workflows to improve accuracy, scalability, and robustness. * Collaborate with product and engineering teams to extend data capabilities and handle new data types or sources. * Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot data pipelines and LLM features in production. **Background / Profile** * Proven experience as a software engineer / backend engineer and working in a microservice architecture. * Strong backend development skills (Python, Go or similar), with deep understanding of service design and APIs. * You’re a strong coder who writes clean, maintainable, and production\-ready code. * You’re excited by the idea of using AI to solve real customer problems and improve product experiences. **What we offer:** * Work\-life balance, hybrid\-remote model * Diverse, inclusive and knowledge\-sharing culture * Experienced founders, backed by top investors * A growth journey with tons of development opportunities * AI product that impacts how companies grow, disrupting the industry
