Job Type: Contract Job Category: IT Job Description ### **Job Title:** **AI Business Analyst** ### **Location:** **Remote (India)** ### **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced **AI Business Analyst** to bridge the gap between business needs and AI\-driven solutions. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define AI use cases, and ensure successful delivery aligned with business goals. The working hours \- assuming there will be overlap with onshore during US central time zone hours. ### **Key Responsibilities:** Engage with business stakeholders to understand priorities, challenges, and objectives Gather, analyze, and document **AI business requirements and use cases** Translate business needs into **AI\-ready specifications and success metrics** Define and track **KPIs** to measure performance and ROI of AI initiatives Support **backlog prioritization** based on business value Monitor value realization and ensure alignment with business goals Collaborate with data science, engineering, and product teams Provide insights and recommendations to improve AI adoption and outcomes ### **Required Skills:** Strong understanding of **AI/ML concepts and business applications** Experience in **business analysis and requirement gathering** Ability to define **KPIs, metrics, and ROI tracking** Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical thinking and problem\-solving abilities Familiarity with Agile methodologies ### **Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field Experience as a Business Analyst in AI/Data projects Certification in Business Analysis (preferred) ### **Work Environment:** Remote role (India\-based candidates preferred) Required Skills DATA ANALYST
