**Job Requirements:**
**Education and Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
* Relevant certifications in IT service management (e.g., ITIL Foundation) are an advantage.
**Experience:**
* Proven experience in IT support, workplace administration, or a similar role.
* Experience with IT service management and ticketing systems.
* Familiarity with desktop operating systems, office applications, and basic network concepts.
**Technical Skills:**
* Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting workplace technologies (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
* Ability to maintain and update asset inventories and documentation.
* Understanding of IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
**Administrative Skills:**
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Attention to detail in record\-keeping and reporting.
* Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple support requests.
**Communication Skills:**
* Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with users and technical teams.
* Ability to prepare clear and concise reports for management.
**Interpersonal Skills:**
* Customer\-oriented approach with a focus on user satisfaction.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
**Other Requirements:**
