The role involves providing administrative support, managing schedules, handling phone communications, organizing files, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations. The assistant will also perform clerical tasks, manage correspondence, and support executives by organizing meetings and managing their calendars efficiently. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance, including task prioritization and calendar management * Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Professional Communication * Ability to perform Clerical tasks, organize files, and manage correspondence effectively * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently * Experience in office management or similar roles preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools * USA timings from 6 P.M to 2 A.M Eligibility Criteria: * Degree requirements: Bachelors or graduation * Ability to understand and communicate in English.
