Nic Sialkot is seeking a diligent Admin Officer with at least two years of experience to support smooth office operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in office management, document control, scheduling and calendar management, vendor coordination, and record keeping. This role is crucial for maintaining an organized work environment, managing procurement processes, and facilitating effective communication across departments. The Admin Officer will focus on streamlining administrative tasks, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating with external vendors to support the companys operational needs. This position does not involve managing a team but requires a proactive individual capable of handling multiple Responsibilities
independently.
**Responsibilities**
* Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
* Manage document control by organizing, storing, and maintaining company records and files accurately.
* Coordinate scheduling and calendar management to support meetings, appointments, and company events.
* Handle vendor management through timely communication, contract follow\-ups, and procurement support.
* Maintain procurement processes by assisting with purchasing requests, tracking orders, and managing invoices.
* Ensure clear communication coordination within various departments to facilitate seamless information flow.
* Perform accurate record keeping and reporting to support audit readiness and compliance requirements.
* Support the preparation and distribution of internal and external correspondence and documentation.
* Monitor office supplies inventory and initiate replenishment to maintain adequate stock levels.
* Assist with administrative support tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office equipment.
