Eminent Holdings is seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Admin Executive with at least 2 years of experience to efficiently manage daily office operations. The ideal candidate excels in office administration, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and vendor management while utilizing various software tools such as travel management software, calendar scheduling applications, and expense reporting tools. This role plays a pivotal support function by ensuring seamless coordination of company activities and maintaining an organized workspace. The successful candidate works independently without direct team management Responsibilities
but collaborates closely with various departments to support operational excellence. A basic understanding of common office software is required to perform administrative duties effectively.
**Responsibilities**
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments efficiently using calendar scheduling tools.
* Manage travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation while preparing detailed itineraries.
* Prepare and submit accurate expense reports using designated reporting tools, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, managing procurement and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
* Utilize travel management software to streamline travel planning and support cost\-effective decision\-making.
* Maintain orderly and up\-to\-date records of office documents, correspondence, and communications to ensure easy retrieval.
* Support the administrative team by assisting with documentation, data entry, and other office management tasks as needed.
* Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and coordinate necessary maintenance or service requests.
* Monitor office supplies inventory and initiate procurement to prevent shortages or disruptions in workflow.
* Assist in organizing company events and internal meetings to promote engagement and teamwork.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
* Adapt to evolving office priorities, demonstrating flexibility and problem\-solving skills to support ongoing operational needs.
