Job Description
* Taiwanese applicants preferred * Fluent in both English and Mandarin (Arabic proficiency is a plus) * Prior experience in Dubai is a plus * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel/Word/PPT) * Presentable appearance, excellent business etiquette and interpersonal skills * Attentive to detail, proactive in career growth * Patient, enthusiastic, helpful, and a strong team player **Job Description** * Schedule Management: Assist senior management in arranging meetings, managing calendars, and arranging domestic and international travel and transportation. * Communication Bridge: Serve as a liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders, filtering phone calls and emails to ensure accurate information delivery. * Document Processing: Compile data reports and establish efficient file management. * Project Follow\-up: Track project progress across departments and assist in executing assigned tasks. * General Support: Assist with overall office maintenance.
