MKJ Associates seeks a detail\-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant \& Lab Coordinator to support office operations and laboratory activities within its research laboratory equipment business in Islamabad. This role requires a candidate with a background in Electrical Engineering who demonstrates strong organizational skills and effective communication. The successful candidate will assist in managing daily office workflows, handle documentation, and coordinate various technical tasks that contribute to the successful installation, training, and commissioning of lab equipment. This role does not involve managing a team but requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth business operations.
The ideal candidate holds a BSc or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, with a preference for graduates from the University of Engineering and Technology. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is highly beneficial. Candidates aged between 22 and 30 years with the ability to multitask efficiently in a professional environment are encouraged to apply. **Responsibilities**

* Manage inventory and procurement processes related to lab equipment and office supplies in collaboration with relevant teams.
* Maintain a professional and well\-organized office environment to support the companys operational goals.
* Follow company protocols and safety guidelines related to lab coordination activities.
* Act as a point of contact for clients or vendors related to administrative and laboratory coordination tasks, providing timely assistance and information as necessary.
