**Admin Executive**
in
**Lahore**
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage and supervise company\-provided staff accommodation, ensuring cleanliness, security, maintenance, and compliance with policies.
* Coordinate with housekeeping, security, technicians, and contractors to resolve issues and conduct regular inspections.
* Handle accommodation allocation, maintain occupancy records, and address resident concerns promptly.
* Oversee procurement activities, including purchasing, preparing purchase orders, maintaining records, and monitoring stock levels.
* Supervise building maintenance and ensure timely repair and preventive maintenance of facilities.
* Identify and manage vendors, ensuring reliable service and cost\-effective solutions.
* Take timely decisions, assess risks, and manage administrative and emergencies effectively.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
* 3–5 years of experience in Administration or Facility Management.
**Required Skills \& Competencies:**
* Strong decision\-making and problem\-solving skills.
* Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for tracking and reporting).
* Strong organizational and coordination skills.
