to support our growing operations in Riyadh.

**Odoo ERP experience is mandatory for this role.**
This position combines
**administrative coordination and accounting support**
, ensuring smooth day\-to\-day office and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage office administration, documentation, and correspondence
✔ Maintain organized filing systems and operational records
✔ Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense records
✔ Support
**accounts payable and receivable**
processes
✔ Record and maintain financial transactions in
**Odoo ERP**
✔ Assist in preparing reports and maintaining accounting documentation
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in
**Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration**
•
**Minimum 1–3 years experience**
in admin/accounting role
•
**Hands\-on experience with Odoo ERP (Mandatory)**
• Strong knowledge of
**Excel and basic accounting principles**
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
