**Assistant Manager (Accounting \& Finance)**

**Job Summary**
We are seeking an Assistant Manager (Accounting \& Finance) with 2–3 years of experience in legal compliance, taxation, accounting, and financial reporting. The role requires managing regulatory portals, audits, banking, payroll taxation, and coordination with internal departments. Person with good eye for accounts and book keeping.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Regulatory \& Tax Compliance**
* Handle SECP filings, company changes, and related portal matters
* Manage PRA compliance including CPR preparation, input/output tax, export proceeds, registration, and changes
* Manage PSEB \& PASHA annual renewals and compliance
* Prepare and file FBR withholding tax challans, monthly statements, and annual returns
* Knowledge of tax treaties (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.) is a plus
**Accounting \& Reporting**
* Maintain books of accounts using **QuickBooks Online**
* Daily entries, reconciliations, ledgers, and trial balance
* Prepare financial statements as per **IASs \& IFRSs**
**Audit \& Banking**
* Coordinate annual audit and liaise with auditors
* Handle online banking, cheque management, and bank requirements
* Manage foreign remittances, export proceeds, and PRCs
**Payroll \& Funds**
* Review payroll taxation and prepare related WHT challans
* Manage in\-house Provident Fund contributions and profit allocation
**Other**
* Manage investments (mutual funds, NAV, redemption)
* Coordinate with HR, Admin, and Business Development teams
**Required Skills**
* 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance and compliance
* Strong knowledge of Pakistan taxation and statutory bodies
* Hands\-on experience with SECP, PRA, FBR, PSEB, PASHA
* Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Excel, and Google Sheets
* Good English communication skills
