Job Description
**Role Summary**
A full\-time remote role combining book\-keeping, executive support, administration, research, customer management and accounting. Candidate must be experienced and educated in Accounting, fluent in English, organized, and proficient in QuickBooks.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations
* Prepare invoices and follow up on collections and expense tracking
* Support financial reporting and monthly closing tasks
* Provide administrative and executive support (meeting scheduling, documentation, reports)
* Conduct market research and prepare reports
* Maintain customer records and CRM updates
* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
**Requirements**
* Degree or certification in Accounting / Finance
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
* **Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, or Google Sheets**
* Excellent English communication skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote setup
**Preferred Skills**
* Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
* Experience with CRM or project management tools
* Strong research and analytical skills
* Presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva
Pay: ₹22,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
