In this pursuit, we are looking for a motivated Executive \- Accounts with experience in designing and implementing a strategic plan that covers a wide customer base and helps in establishing a strong market presence. **Roles \& Responsibilities** * Prepare, issue, and follow up on client invoices in a timely manner. * Coordinate closely with the Accountant and internal teams for expense tracking and collections. * Prepare and analyze reports related to business expenses, revenue, and outstanding receivables. * Regularly follow up with clients to ensure timely invoice payments and resolve billing queries. * Handle GST and TDS reconciliation, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. * Maintain accurate ZOHO Books entries for internal accounting, MIS, and reporting. * Support month\-end and year\-end closing activities as required. ****Requirements**** * 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, billing, and payment collections. * Proven experience in client invoice follow\-ups and payment collection. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast\-paced environment. * Excellent communication skills with good negotiation and convincing abilities. * Hands\-on experience with MS Excel and/or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred). * Good written and verbal communication skills. ****Location**** 📍 **Gurgaon (Gurugram)** **Mon\-Fri (5 days working)**
