Accounting Manager

**Responsibilities** Kforce is collaborating with a top development and manufacturing company located in the Worcester, MA area to find an Accounting Manager for their growing team. This position plays an important role in both financial reporting and daily accounting operations within a supportive, team\-driven setting. This is an excellent fit for someone who prefers a hands\-on approach\-taking responsibility for parts of the month\-end close process, working with operations on cost analysis, and helping enhance processes and systems as the organization expands. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
