Accounting Manager

**Roles \& Responsibilities:** 1. Sales closing and reporting to various stake holder 2. Store master Management 3. Ensure sharing of accurate and timely restaurant accounting reports to relevant stakeholders QCR, MITRA, Tree report, etc. 4. GL Analysis and reasoning for differences 5. Providing day to day support to stores and resolving queries of stores 6. Ensuring month end closing within stipulated timelines 7. Owning the monthly P\&L and ensuring accurate reporting 8. Streamlining and driving automation of the Store finance and operations. 9. Provision review and analysis 10. Coordination with outsourcing partner \& reviewing their work 11. Preparation of audit schedules and review of schedules prepared by support team 12. Timely completion of quarterly statutory audit and resolving auditors queries 13. Review and analyze the consolidated restaurant accounts 14. Work closely with cross functional department to achieve overall organizational goal 15. Consolidation of distribution center trail balance and review of accounting entries 16. Establish mechanisms which ensure financial support \& prompt query resolution at all times to operations/ restaurant 17. Guide and drive the team to focus on proactively collaborating with Operations managers and Operation Consultants 18. Collaborate with operations teams to align best practices and provide desired support 19. Partner with RSG to identify and govern initiatives for achieving financial goals \& efficiencies at restaurant level. Required Qualification: * Qualified Chartered Accountant * 5\-8 years of PQE * Must have worked in Restaurant or Retail Operations setup
