**Company Description** Range Shipping Ltd, established in 2017 and headquartered in London, is a privately\-owned shipping company specializing in managing bulk carriers from handysize to capesize segments. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role for an Accountant based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Accountant will be responsible for overseeing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and handling taxation matters. Other responsibilities include maintaining financial reports, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and providing insights to support strategic business decisions. The Accountant will collaborate with team members to ensure transparent and efficient financial management within the company. **Qualifications** * Strong accounting skills, including financial reporting, account reconciliation, and budget management * Proficiency in handling taxation and compliance, including knowledge of UK financial regulations * Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and providing strategic financial insights * Technical proficiency in accounting software and tools such as Microsoft Excel or ERP systems * Excellent organizational, time management, and problem\-solving skills * Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACCA or CIMA qualifications are highly desirable * Familiarity with the shipping or logistics industry is a plus * Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and timely financial information
