**Job Summary** We are a boutique remote accounting firm that originated in Vermont. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team and grow with us into the future. This position is still an accounting position and not strictly a sales position. **Duties** * Maintain \& Improve CRM Software along with various other company wide software's \& technologies. * Develop \& Implement effective marketing strategies to build client base. * Onboard \& Clean Up new client books to hand off to accounting teams. * Assist in financial statement preparation for current clients. * Work with management on pricing strategies. * Implement \& Manage firm SOP's. * Post Job Ads, Interview candidates, onboard candidates. **Skills** * 2\-5 years of accounting experience in an accounting firm. * 2\-5 years of QuickBooks online experience. * Proven experience in customer relationship management, with a focus on building long\-term partnerships. * Excellent project management abilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. * Strategic planning skills to develop actionable plans that align with company objectives. * Proficient negotiation skills to secure favorable terms in contracts and agreements. **Ideal Candidate** * Strong Work Ethic * Technology Forward * Superior Organizational Skills * Self Motivated * Effective Time Management Skills * Problem Solving Brain * Proficient with QuickBooks Software * Strong Understanding of Accounting Principals * Extremely Detail Oriented **Salary** Base Salary plus recurring commission on all new clients brought into the firm. **Hours** 40 hours a week is expected primarily Monday \- Friday 8/9am \- 4/5pm in order to have the best team collaboration experience.
