Constellation Software is a conglomerate of vertical market software companies and has completed over 1100 acquisitions since inception in 1995\. **Job Description** We are seeking an Accountant to manage financial records and support ERP integration during new business acquisitions. The role involves collaborating with senior finance team members to address technical accounting matters and troubleshoot ERP\-related issues. Ideally, the candidate should have a degree in accounting and be familiar with Microsoft Dynamics GP (GP) software. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations (D365 F\&O), especially implementing F\&O, is preferred. Ultimately, the Assistant Accountant will assist the finance team in utilizing F\&O and help migrate businesses into F\&O for financial integration. **Responsibilities** * Assist with the integration of newly acquired businesses into ERP, including the setup of opening balance sheets and subledgers. * Establish and configure accounts receivable and accounts payable subledgers in ERP to ensure accurate tracking of opening balances and ongoing transactions. * Reconcile subledger balances (such as AR, AP, and deferred revenue) to the general ledger, ensuring all opening and ongoing transactions are accurately reflected in ERP. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical accounting issues and discrepancies that arise during the migration and setup processes, collaborating closely with the senior finance team and IT specialists. * Support the preparation and review of opening entries and ongoing journal postings to ensure compliance with internal controls and external reporting requirements in ERP. * Coordinate with cross\-functional teams to collect, validate, and load legacy financial data into ERP, ensuring the integrity of opening balances and subledger details. * Monitor and document all subledger to ledger reconciliations, identifying and resolving any variances to maintain accurate financial reporting during and after integration. * Provide support for technical accounting matters related to tax, compliance, and reporting issues that may arise during the integration process or at monthly review periods. * Assist with the preparation of internal monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in ERP, ensuring all opening balances and subledger details are accurately presented. * Perform analytical reviews and variance analysis for accounts impacted by the migration and setup of opening balances and subledgers in ERP. * Ad\-hoc projects and tasks assigned by senior managers. **Requirements** * Demonstrated background in accounting. * Skilled in calculating, posting, and maintaining financial records and accounting figures. * Practical knowledge of spreadsheets and specialized software applications. * Fluent in English with strong MS Excel capabilities. * Exceptional accuracy and meticulous attention to detail. * Holds a finalist or partial professional qualification (such as ACCA or ICAP), or a Bachelor’s degree. * Experience with ERP system implementation is an advantage. * Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations is especially valued. **Exciting Benefits We Offer** * Market\-leading Salary * Medical Coverage – Self \& Dependents * Parents Medical Coverage * Provident Fund * Employee Performance\-based bonuses * Home Internet Subsidy * Conveyance Allowance * Profit Sharing Plan \[Tenured Employees Only] * Life Benefit * Child Care Facility * Company Provided Lunch/Dinner * Professional Development Budget * Recreational area for in\-house games * Sporadic On\-shore training opportunities * Friendly work environment * Leave Encashment ***Disclaimer:*** *At Contour, we attribute our success to the unique contributions of our diverse staff.
