The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in handling financial reporting, managing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining general ledger accuracy. This role requires expertise in QuickBooks and a strong attention to detail to ensure precise financial record\-keeping and compliance with applicable regulations. The Accountant will work independently without managing a team but will collaborate closely with other departments to support overall financial objectives and contribute to effective financial management within the company. The Accountant plays a vital role in preparing financial documents, analyzing transactions, and ensuring timely processing of billing and payments. This position demands an individual who is organized, dependable, and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve financial processes. By maintaining accurate records and generating insightful reports, the Accountant supports strategic decision\-making and contributes to the financial health of Malikfakhar.com Holdings \& Development Group. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports in accordance with company policies and regulations. * Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions promptly and accurately. * Maintain the general ledger by recording all financial transactions and reconciling accounts regularly. * Utilize QuickBooks software effectively to manage financial data and generate reports. * Monitor and ensure compliance with financial controls, internal policies, and legal requirements. * Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate cash flow records. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and summaries for review by management. * Assist in budget preparation and monitoring by providing detailed financial analysis and forecasting. * Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information and support organizational goals. * Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
