Accountant

**Job description:** Requirements: *Please note that this role is for our sister concern in cement manufacturing,* ***based in Somaliland, South Africa, on a permanent basis*** *. Please be assured that all necessary support will be provided by the company.* * 5 years of Experience in production / Manufacturing industry mandatory * Experience in Accounts payable and Receivable * Excellent communication skills Responsibilities: * Production data entry and record maintenance * Follow\-up with customers on outstanding dues * Collection of customer payments (cash and cheques) as per management instructions * Deposit of collected funds into the bank * Handling and release of original shipping documents as per instructions * Accounting for freight bills, telephone expenses, and ticket bookings * Coordinating payments as per management directives Job Type: Full\-time * **Work Location: In person**
