The Accountant will oversee daily financial transactions, manage general ledger activities, prepare financial statements, process accounts payable/receivable, and reconcile accounts. Responsibilities also include ensuring regulatory compliance, assisting with audits, and developing financial reports to support organizational decision\-making. Ideal candidates will work closely with the finance team to improve processes and maintain accuracy in financial reporting. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and ledger management * Experience with accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and financial planning * Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets; familiarity with tools like QuickBooks is a plus * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for reviewing data and ensuring accuracy * Ability to adhere to compliance standards and manage audits * Effective organizational and communication skills for collaborating with team members * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus * Previous experience in a similar accounting role preferred
