**Job Title: Accountant** **Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE** **Type: Fulltime, onsite, 5 days per week** **Industry: Corporate Services / Financial Services** We are looking for **3 detail\-oriented and reliable Accountants** to join a growing business in **Dubai Silicon Oasis** . This is a **fulltime onsite role, 5 days per week** , ideal for professionals with strong experience in **client accounting, financial operations, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax compliance** . You will play a key role in supporting both internal finance processes and client\-related accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth financial operations across the business. **Key Responsibilities** **Client Accounting \& Financial Operations** Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including credit and debit management Prepare, issue, and follow up on client invoices Maintain accurate bookkeeping records in line with UAE regulations Perform bank reconciliations and financial reconciliations Support month\-end and year\-end closing processes Prepare basic financial reports and management reports for clients Work with internal systems for P2P, invoicing, and approval workflows **UAE Tax Compliance** Prepare and file UAE VAT returns for clients Ensure VAT compliance, including transaction review and supporting documentation Prepare Corporate Tax calculations and returns Maintain accurate tax documentation and working papers Ensure clients remain compliant with UAE Corporate Tax regulations Liaise with the Federal Tax Authority where required **Client \& Internal Coordination** Communicate with clients regarding financial records, invoices, and tax compliance matters Liaise closely with sales, operations, and management teams regarding billing and payment status Support internal coordination to ensure timely and accurate financial processing **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial operations within the UAE Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations Experience preparing VAT returns, reconciliations, and financial reports Good understanding of accounting systems and financial workflows Strong attention to detail and accuracy Professional communication skills in English Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment **What We Offer** Opportunity to join a growing and dynamic business in Dubai Silicon Oasis Broad exposure to accounting, tax, and client\-facing financial operations A professional environment with room for growth and development If you have a strong accounting foundation and understand the UAE financial and tax landscape, we would be pleased to hear from you.
