**Accountant (part qualified)** **London, hybrid working** **Investment Management** **Permanent** **£40\-50,000 PA** A leading investment and asset management organisation is seeking a motivated Part‑Qualified Accountant to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to develop within a high‑growth, entrepreneurial environment, supporting the financial operations of a diverse portfolio of investment funds and corporate entities. **Key Responsibilities** Financial Reporting \& Management Accounts * Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, variance analysis and performance commentaries. * Support with quarterly and annual financial reporting across multiple investment vehicles. * Maintain accurate general ledger entries, accruals, prepayments and journal postings. Fund Accounting \& Investment Support * Support fund accountants with NAV calculations and investor reporting. * Assist in monitoring investment performance, cash movements and portfolio valuations. * Prepare supporting schedules for audits and fund reviews. Business Partnering \& Commercial Insight * Work closely with investment, operations and senior management teams to provide financial insights. * Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and modelling activities. * Build strong internal relationships to support decision‑making across the organisation. **Personal Profile** * Part‑qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA, (actively studying part way through qualification). * Experience in financial services, asset management, private equity, wealth management, or a similar regulated environment (preferred but not essential). * Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of management accounting principles. * Excel‑proficient with the ability to manipulate and analyse data confidently. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial information clearly. * Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of working in a fast‑paced environment.
