The Accountant will manage and oversee daily financial transactions, ensure accurate accounting records, prepare balance sheets and financial statements, and assist in budgeting and financial planning. Additional responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, reconciling accounts, managing payroll and expense reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and budgeting * Experience with account reconciliation and tax preparation * Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance * Familiarity with accounting software and spreadsheet tools * Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem\-solving skills * Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities * Effective communication skills to explain financial concepts clearly * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are a plus * Prior work experience in the construction or real estate sector is advantageous
