The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank accounts, preparing budgets and forecasts, and supporting financial planning and analysis. The Accountant will also contribute to process improvements and collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights. **Qualifications** * Strong accounting skills, including proficiency in financial reporting, tax preparation, and budgeting * Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation * Proficiency with accounting software and financial management tools * Analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data to support decision\-making * Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines * Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders * A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are a plus * Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry is desirable but not required
