If you are passionate about building energy's future and want to be considered when this role becomes available, we encourage you to submit your details. **Job Overview:** Accountant Experience – CA qualified with post 2 to 5 years hands on experience and knowledge of US Tax activities including\- **Responsibilities** **Key Tasks and Responsibilities:** * IRS Form 5471: Information Return of U.S. Persons w.r.t Certain Foreign Corporations + IRS Form 5472: Information Return of a 25% Foreign\-Owned U.S. Corporation, or a Foreign Corporation Engaged in a U.S. Trade or Business + IRS Form 1042: Annual Withholding Tax Return for U.S. Source Income of Foreign Persons + IRS Form 8802: Application for United States Residency Certification + IRS Form W\-9: Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification + IRS Form W\-8BEN: E Certificate of Status of Beneficial Owner for US Tax Withholding and Reporting + Federal Tax depreciation and basis roll forward calculation for federal income tax return purpose Experience to large audit firms or Captive Centre of US MNCs will be preferred. **Qualifications** **Essential Qualifications and Education:** * CA\- Qualified * 2\-5 years of relevant experience * Strong technical, team, and communication skills * Ability to multi\-task and manage tight reporting schedules **About Us** Our ingenuity fuels daily life.
