**Accountant**
is responsible for the accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting of financial transactions across multiple corporate entities.
The Accountant reports to the
**Finance Manager**
.
**As Accountant, you will be responsible for the following duties:**
* Booking Receipts Ensure accurate and timely recording of all incoming receipts in the ledgers.
* Calculating Commission Income Calculate and record commission income based on contractual terms and performance data.
* Payments Process supplier, homeowner, and other payments in accordance with company policies and controls.
* Reconciliations Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, intercompany balances, and balance sheet accounts.
* Reporting Prepare financial and management reports to support business decision‑making.
* External Stakeholder Liaison Liaise with outsourced accounting and tax firms; prepare and submit corporate entity reporting through the Group reporting system.
* Budgeting \& Forecasting Assist in the preparation and analysis of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
* Other Duties Perform additional finance‑related tasks assigned by the manager to support departmental needs and business priorities.

* Experience with reconciliations, reporting, and financial controls.
* Ability to work accurately, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
* Strong communication skills and comfort working with internal and external stakeholders.
