Accountant - IT Industry

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced Accountant for our leading client in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting day\-to\-day financial operations. Location : DHA Phase 5 Zamzama Commercial, Karachi **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports * Handle accounts payable and receivable processes * Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely updates * Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting * Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies * Support internal and external audit processes * Manage payroll processing and expense tracking * Coordinate with internal departments for financial matters **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * **Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the IT industry (Mandatory)** * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Good communication and interpersonal skills **Preferred Skills:** * Experience with ERP systems * Knowledge of tax laws and compliance * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines **Benefits:** * Market\-competitive salary * Growth and learning opportunities * Professional work environment * Other benefits as per company policy
